Tracking information
Track your order from the time it ships until the moment it’s delivered. You can find your order tracking information on the order details page of your member portal.
Order status
Your member portal will show your order status during each step of the order process. Once it has shipped, you can track your order on the carrier’s website (e.g. USPS or FedEx) by entering your tracking number.
Order holds
Sometimes, you need to provide updated or new information to resolve an order hold. Click the Update button to see what you need to do to get your order back on track. Other times, you do not need to take action. In that case, you’ll receive updates on the status of your order.
Notifications
Set your communication preferences to receive notifications when your orders have been delivered.
Returns
Before your order is shipped, Optum® Home Delivery Pharmacy reviews your prescriptions at multiple points for quality, accuracy and safety to ensure you’re receiving exactly what you ordered. Optum pharmacies’ prescriptions have a 99.99% dispensing accuracy rate. If you think that there was an error in filling your prescription, or you have any questions about your order, please contact Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy.
By law, Optum pharmacies cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. Accordingly, Optum Home Delivery does not offer credits or refunds for returned medication or supplies that were properly dispensed.
